The eLearning community is incredibly creative! I have seen and witnessed the creation of incredible projects where imagination and knowledge have come together to design memorable experiences!
I say experience because eLearning is ultimately not so much about the information you deliver but about the experience you build around the knowledge.
The difficulty of this exercise is to assemble the complex puzzle of the science of e-learning. It's about learner knowledge, challenges, aids, actions, objectives, motivation, clarity, etc etc etc....
And this pile of parameters must be structured for the most perfect experience or information retention and its ability to help the learner in his mission and ultimate goal.
And thank God in this difficult task creativity is at the rendezvous and the discipline becomes more and more exiting!
