LMS Onboarding Process

Even before you sign your contract, your onboarding has already been planned in great detail.

A team of experts will guide and accompany you through all the steps of your LMS deployment. 

Here is a detailed description of the Learning Lab LMS implementation process.


Identified responsibilities and stakeholders

The first step consists of the presentation of your team dedicated to your project. It includes a project manager and an account manager.

Your team will coordinate with the teams involved: creative experts, instructional designers, IT team... 

Your project manager will identify your responsibilities and needs. 

We will plan at the minimum one call a week as long as necessary!


Platform setting

In this step we will identify and plan the technical actions: Implementation of: Deepl, Zoom, Teams, HR solutions, CRM, SSO, API, data analysis... to make your platform perform the expected operations smoothly and as expected.

We will also set-up your custom and dedicated URL. 


Platform Design and Branding

A Creative team will work with you to design and brand your platform to the smallest design: logo, font, images, layout, colours, icons, avatars...

The Learning Lab LMS is fully a white label solution!


Users and Groups Management

Your project manager and our technical team will assist you in setting up onboarding processes for your communities and instructors in charge of creating courses:

  • Migration,

  • audiences,

  • branches,

  • data,

  • roles,

  • access…


Content Migration and development

You will be trained to fully manage the migration or the design of your courses and training material: lessons, virtual classroom, library, videos…

Our authoring tool enables you to create any type of content. The learning Lab is the ultimate LMS for creative people.
