An innovative LMS For Creative Online Training
At TheLearning LAB, the gears of improvement never stop cranking, and it is already time for another update on the LMS eLearning features that we’re rolling out! We listen closely to our clients, and when they say something could run even smoother, or that they would like a particular new feature, we get to work on making it happen. The best time to apply improvements and innovative new methods is, well, right now. This is why we work on a bi-weekly schedule of feature rollouts so that our clients always have access to the latest features as soon as they’re ready! LMS for Creative People.

1) Custom profile fields
The standard profile field questions (name, date of birth, nationality, gender, etc) might not provide you with all the information your organisation needs. Our clients told us that they wanted more; more freedom to edit, more customisation, and more control over the details! You can now add custom fields, remove fields you don’t need, drag-and-drop the elements to change the order in which they appear, and use drop-down lists, text fields, and more. That way you can be sure that you always have all the right information about your Learners, from noting their country of residence to featuring a small bio on their profile, everything is possible.
2) Multilingual user experience
The frontend user interface should make your Learners feel at ease, which means that the language of use is a key part of their experience. With additional languages now available for the frontend interface, nothing can get in the way of their learning! You can change to another language with one click, selecting your choice from a list featured at the bottom of the page. We offer French, Spanish, Italian, Swedish and English, with more languages following in future updates, so stay tuned.
To help the learning process run smoothly, we also offer automatic content translation by DeepL, which helps Learners interact with information in the language that suits them best. Our team is currently hard at work to offer non-automated native content translation to any language, to ensure the highest level of quality!
3) Evermore powerful statistics
Pass rates, failure rates, which Learners took the quizzes and whose scores come out on top are all visible at a glance in the administrator interface. Scroll through and view the answers that they gave, download the user or cohort results as an Excel sheet for any given period of time, and share it with team members with ease.
4) Customisation without limits
There’s no such thing as too many options, as long as your admin interface and design possibilities are intuitive and optimised. In version 2.3 you can now opt for a custom header bar, and, if it suits your organisation’s content better you can now decide to skip the Module level to offer your Learners a cleaner overview of only the Classes, Courses and Lesson levels that they actually need!
5) Duplicate course
Drag and drop courses into the clipping board and duplicate the entire course! Then drop it back wherever it is needed, and voilà! Your new course is ready to be edited and customised. This new option ensures more productivity for everyone, with an optimised and validated workflow that takes the effort out of course creation.
6) Rich Learning Experience
Our solution is for people who think that branding matters. We focus on the learning experience and make sure that the design instructor will be able to achieve any performance directly within our web-based solution. No third party downloads or software are needed; you can create and manage your courses directly on our platform! We manage podcasts, videos, livestreams, backgrounds, interactive images, quizzes, multiple file-type uploads and download, a course library… and so much more!
7) IOS & Android Application
Our web-based solution behaves like a native application and also delivers offline courses. At the same time, our technology enables you to deploy IOS and Android-based native applications! It’s the best of every world, ensuring you and your Learners have an incredible experience.
